Why I created The Soul Season
I was nineteen years old when I arrived in California from Afghanistan. I didn't carry much with me, but I carried a fire. I wanted to belong. I wanted to prove I could make it here. So I threw myself into my career. And then I pushed even harder.
Over the years, I built businesses. I bought homes. I built a real estate portfolio. I became a coach and an entrepreneur. From the outside, it looked like I had made it. And in many ways, I had.
But inside, I was tired. I was always running to the next goal, the next deal, the next thing on my list. Without noticing, I had traded my soul for a checklist, even though I loved what I did.
Between the ages of 47 and 53, my life went through one crisis after another. Now I know those years were a door. In the fall season, the soul grows tired of living so far out of balance, and it wants the old ways of being and doing to fall away, like autumn leaves. Just a collection of dust.
In 2021, I closed my business, and my husband and I left America. We both felt a strong pull to go. We didn't know why yet. We just knew.
Soon after, in a park in Istanbul with my sister, I felt the living energy of the trees for the first time. I hugged one, and a whisper came through, so simple: slow down.
When I finally stopped fixing everything for everyone, my family began to stand on their own ground. And I began to hear myself again. The pause was not the end. It was my cocoon.
Why I created this course
I created The Soul Season for women standing at the same door I once stood at: done with one season, and not yet able to see the next one. In four weeks, I want to walk with you through what took me years, so you can hear your soul again and take your next step with clarity.
You don't have to cross an ocean to begin your next season. Sometimes it begins in the same house, with one honest choice and the courage to follow a pull you can't explain yet.

Wednesday 20 January. What your soul's purpose really is, and why alignment brings joy to everything. I lead a guided meditation to reconnect with your inner self and the wisdom of who you are.
Week 2: Explore Your Innate Gifts
Wednesday 27 January. The gifts and talents you were born with, and what your soul and body want to experience next. A guided visualization to meet your higher self and angelic beings.
Week 3: Step Into Your New Frequency
Wednesday 3 February. Feel the shifts, initiations, and activations, and receive the messages from your spiritual guide team, so you can anchor them into action and reality.
Week 4: Embody Your Soul Purpose
Wednesday 10 February. Your next steps, ready now or in divine timing. I lead a final activation with light language for faster body and energy calibration.
Every week includes a live Zoom session with Mary, held every Wednesday for 4 weeks. Every session is recorded.
